Oivalo Data Manager replaces spreadsheet‑based master data maintenance with a controlled, cloud‑based solution.

Master Data Management with Table Manager

Generic master data platform will replace spreadsheets used to add data to reporting systems. With access rights and easy user interface it is possible to remove interim stakeholders when some control data must be updated.

Up-to-date data from source system’s dimension are available in the Data Manager for the user to set the required new meta data.

Example: Adding new organization level on top of costcenters will not just give users controlled manner to update required information but also shows the new items from source system needing the organization definitions. When just using the spreadsheets this process requires first analysis of missing costcenters, adding them to the spreadsheet and updating the spreadsheet for BI system

Account Manager

Standardized approach for managing Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet structures and visualizations, with a straightforward “no consultant” model for reporting modifications. Ideal for controlling BI/reporting system to show financial data across multiple account combinations to various stakeholders with various needs.

Solution simplifies the process without the need for summary accounts or complex data models behind. Integrated already in many  companies with Qlik and PowerBI reporting. When used with Qlik, our extension gives colors and enhanced export functionality.
